Engraved ID of the Smart Card that you want to recharge should be correct. DMRC will not be liable if you enter incorrect Engraved ID. Please note that this may lead to recharge of another card. If you do not go to AVM for 30 days, the add value amount will be credited to your account after deducting 2.5% of transaction value.

If card is lost by the commuter after web top before presenting it to AVM, then if top up on that card is done by another person, then DMRC is not responsible for this as all the smart cards issued by DMRC are anonymous. The Engraved ID is number written on back side of Metro Card.

Recharge using Quick top up button available on Home section on webpage or by Do Payment option available after login/My Cards on DMRC and add your card with their credentials.
